Domestic Shipping Policy (Australia wide)
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within five business days. Most orders will be posted the next business day after you order – however, as all items are handmade, your item may need to be created. If you require your order by a certain date, please contact us at hello@emilyandwoo.com.au so we can confirm stock levels.
Shipment is not available on weekends.
If your order is delayed by more than 5 business days, you will receive an email detailing the expected date of shipment.

If you select tracked or express shipping, you will receive notification of the details to your nominated email address.
Damages or lost parcels
Emily and Woo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us directly on woof@emilyandwoo.com.au to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
