How are your items made?

Great question! All items are handmade in Brisbane from original designs.

The keychains and earrings are made from layering coloured epoxy resin into our custom moulds – each piece takes about five days to make!

Our brooches are made from laser cut acrylic, hand assembled and the the details painted in.

No two pieces are the same – just like the dogs we love!

Do you make custom items?

If we have a design you like, but you would just like a different colour than we have listed – get in touch with us on social media or email woof@emilyandwoo.com.au – custom coloured items take about two weeks to make and are at the same cost.

If we do not have an existing design, we may not be able to assist you. It can take months to develop a design, and we like to make sure it’s perfect before taking orders. You can still get in touch with ideas and inspiration for us though – you never know, it might just be next on our list!

How long will my order take to dispatch?

We try to keep all of our items in stock and ready to send. Most orders will be posted on the next business day. On rare occasions, we may need to make your item and it will take a few days to dispatch. If you require your item by a certain date or want to know before ordering how long it will take to dispatch, please get in touch on social media or email woof@emilyandwoo.com.au

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes, we take on a limited amount of stockists. If you’re interested, get in touch at woof@emilyandwoo.com.au for our wholesale pricelist.
