Change of mind returns

If you receive your product, but don’t like it or change your mind – you can return the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Return postage will be at your cost. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must provide a valid order number and proof of purchase.

If your return is approved you will be notified and your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original payment method.

Gift cards and any custom orders cannot be returned unless they are deemed faulty. Sale items cannot be returned for change of mind.

Faulty Items

Please remember all our items are completely handmade and as a result there may be small inclusions and imperfections, including colour displacement and pigment spotting. This just adds to the unique nature of the item. Each batch of resin is also hand mixed, so colours may vary slightly from pictures. If you are unhappy with your selected piece, please contact us within 30 days.

If your item is not fit for purpose, you will be entitled to a refund including return standard postage. Please contact us at woof@emilyandwoo.com.au to arrange this.
